В данной статье автор проанализировал нормативно-правовые документы, принятые в Республике Узбекистан по архивной работе после 2019 г. В результате проведенного анализа определено состояние архивной работы до 2019 г. и необходимость принятия новых нормативных документов. При этом особое внимание уделяется результату, ожидаемому от принятия вновь принятых нормативных правовых документов. Комментируя законодательные документы, автор обращает внимание на освещение аналитических материалов в процессе их принятия.
