Надзор за документами частных организаций в 1993–2023 гг. в Литве: правовые и практические аспекты

В статье рассматриваются вопросы управления документацией частных юридических лиц в Литве в течение последних трех десятилетий. Проведен анализ права собственности частных юридических и физических лиц, правовой передачи документов в государственные архивы, различные аспекты надзора за обработкой документов и актуальные вопросы, возникающие в настоящее время при накоплении Национального архивного фонда.
