Composition and description of the documents of “special folders” in the party funds of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan

The article discusses the history of the emergence of “special folders”, which contain top secret and important decisions and resolutions of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communit Party of the Soviet Union. At the same time described the composition and content of the documents of the “special folders” of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, stored in the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, the issues discussed in the documents of the “special folders” analyzed, attempts are being made to divide the documents of the “special folders” into periods.
