К 80-летию ООН: Роль ООН в современной истории и вклад Казахстана в многостороннюю дипломатию

К восьмидесятой годовщине Организации Объединенных Наций эта статья обращается к истокам и эволюции ООН как единственной в мире универсальной платформе для диалога, выработки норм и коллективных действий. Особое внимание уделяется многостороннему профилю Казахстана: раннему лидерству в сфере ядерного разоружения и созданию Центральноазиатской зоны, свободной от ядерного оружия; непостоянному членству в Совете Безопасности ООН; а также новым институциональным решениям, включая заключение Соглашения со страной пребывания о создании Регионального центра ООН, призванного содействовать реализации целей в области устойчивого развития (ЦУР) в Центральной Азии и Афганистане. Статья соотносит данные наработки с актуальной повесткой обновления, заложенной в «Пакте во имя будущего», и акцентирует внимание на способности ООН сохранять адаптивность в условиях стремительных глобальных изменений.
